Weiterfahrt nach Montmédy, Sedan, Mézières, Charleville, Hirson, Busigny nach le Cateau. Wir stellen fest, daß unsere Division nicht hier liegt und fahren nach Busigny zurück. Mit einem unserer Feldpost gehörenden Lastauto fahren wir dann nach Maretz. Hier werden wir abends von unserem Lastauto abgeholt und fahren über Élincourt nach Walincourt. Hier bleiben wir 2 Tage.
We continue to Montmédy, Sedan, Mézières, Charleville, Hirson, Busigny and le Cateau. We find out that our division is not located here and return to Busigny. With a truck that belongs to the field post, we drive to Maretz. Here, we are picked up by a truck in the evening and drive via Élincourt to Walincourt. We stay there for two days.

Con un camion appartenente al Servizio Postale Militare andiamo a Maretz. Qui, la sera, ci danno un passaggio su un camion e andiamo a Walincourt via Élincourt. Ci fermiamo qui per due giorni.
