Morgens mache ich mich auf den Weg nach dem Kriegslazarett in der Stadt. Eine Ohrenstation gibt es hier nicht. Man leitet mich weiter nach Vervins.Hier treffe ich noch am Vormittag ein. Ich begebe mich zu der Ohrenstation im Orte. Hier kann man mich aber nicht aufnehmen, da die Station geschlossen wird. Man leitet mich nach Hirson zurück.
In the morning I walk over to the war hospital in the city. An ear department does not exist here. I am directed on to Vervins.Later this same morning I arrive there. I show up at the ear department here in the village. But here I get rejected, since the ear department is being closed down. I get directed back to Hirson.
