Morgens um 9 Uhr rücken wir schon wieder weiter über Grandelain, Colligis, Pancy, Chomouille, Monthenault nach Bruyères. Dort essen wir Mittag und erhalten dann den Befehl, nach der Malval-Fe [Ferme] zurückzukehren, um dort zu bauen. Ohne Decken und Mantel übernachten wir in einer kleinen Baracke.
9 'o clock in the morning we already advance to Bruyères via Grandelain, Colligis, Pancy, Chomouille and Monthenault. There, we have lunch and then receive orders to return to the Malval farm to build lines there. With neither blankets nor coats we stay over night in a small barrack.

Alle 9 del mattino già avanziamo verso Bruyères via Grandelain, Colligis, Pancy, Chomouille e Montherault. Qui ci danno il rancio e quindi riceviamo l'ordine ti tornare alla Fattoria Malval per posare linee. Senza coperte e vestiti ci sistemiamo per la notte in una casermetta.
