The young recruits are all incorporated. I remain in the post I have had up till now. The 25 men of the old year-groups up to 96 leave. I say goodbye to them all. Among them are Reinecker, Wendt, Voigt, Bornhövd, Wehde, Osting, Jürgens, Frahm, Martens, Marek, Brüggmann and many others with whom I was in the Munster camp and Wolterdingen. The old club is breaking up. When will it be our turn? Wilstermann is going on leave and takes a letter for Annemie with him. I take on deputising for him.
